About Us

Jin Namgoong and Joonghan Bae are a Korean artist duo currently based in New York City. Jin studied Fine Art and Metalsmithing in Phoenix, and Joonghan studied Woodworking and Fine Art in Philadelphia. They found each other at Cranbrook Academy of Art where Jin received MFA in Metals in 2019, Joonghan received MFA in 3D Design in 2020. They have been working together since 2020. With their backgrounds in craft, they are exploring uplifting, whimsical objects sitting on the boundary between fantasy and reality.
